The best way to contact me is via email as I spend a lot of time in sessions and am not able to answer a phone call. We can schedule a time to talk through the next steps together.

This is the first session we meet together. Typically a 50-minute session. My goal in this session is to hear more of your story. You’ve lived a lot of life before we ever met, and I want to understand how you got here and who you are today. We will focus on your primary concerns and reasons for starting counseling. I will also be sure to save some time for us to discuss counseling goals, treatment plan and frequency of sessions.

I do not accept insurance. However, if you have Out of Network (OON) benefits, I am able to provide a receipt you can use to submit to your provider for reimbursement. I would recommend contacting your insurance provider to find out the specific details of your plan. I am able to accept health savings account (HSA) payments.
